General Shipping Information
All our packages are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force Worldwide who offer the safest and most secure service available.
Please provide us with a full shipping address, email address and contact number.
Orders are shipped every three working days but please get in touch if you need a rush order and we’ll see what we can do. International arrival times do vary between countries but should take between 5 and 7 working days from dispatch.
If the shipment is returned to us because of an incomplete address, a customer not being available to sign for the shipment, or is unwilling to pay the customs/handling fees, Wobble and Squeak Clothing Co. cannot be held responsible for the return shipping costs and/or VAT charges. These will be deducted from any refund, once the item arrives back with us in the UK.
Buyers are required to wait for the item to be redelivered to the sender (Wobble and Squeak Clothing Co.) before any refund is issued.
Please note that during busy periods such as seasonal occurrences, festivals, promotional sales, or any circumstances beyond our control such as adverse or catastrophic weather conditions, processing may take longer and certain services may be permanently or temporarily discontinued.
After posting an order with the courier service, we can provide you with your tracking number on request.
