We offer a refund, or an exchange on purchases returned within 30 days of the day of placing the order. We can, however, consider an extension of return/exchange date in the case that your package arrival was delayed. Please contact our Customer Relations Team to discuss this. You will need to provide proof of shipment arrival date, and the item you return must meet all the requirements below.
Please note that we can only exchange items for a different size or colour if they are available.
Your item must be returned in the original packaging, with all the tags and/or labels attached. Please note that once tags are removed, your purchase is no longer eligible for exchange or refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This means, clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable conditions. We can’t, for example, accept a return of an item that smells, stained, shows signs of being worn or washed, and has a wear and tear type of damages.
Returns are usually processed within 48 hours of being received. However, please note that during busy periods such as seasonal or promotional sales, as well as Christmas and New Years, processing may take longer.

We recommend that you return your item(s) back to us by using a secure, insured and tracked delivery service (such as Royal Mail Special Delivery or its equivalent). Wobble and Squeak Clothing Co are not responsible for any items not received or lost.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of sending your exchange.
Any custom or VAT charges caused by mistakes in completing the forms are customer’s responsibility.
All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
Postage and packaging will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect or faulty item from us we will refund any return postage costs incurred. A member of our Customer Care team will contact you in order to arrange this. We cannot, however, be responsible for, or comment on any such case until the item has been returned, assessed by our team and confirmed as faulty.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
