This beautiful skirt has been designed so it can be worn either ruffled or as an asymmetrical pencil skirt, by making use of the drawstring tassels on the sides of the garment. We have doubled layered the high quality cotton lycra to give it a luxurious feel and the waistband can also be folded down to further adjust the length!
